Bortmachinery is one of the few Italian companies equipped with its own fully operational mechanical workshop, featuring state-of-the-art equipment for the restoration and reconditioning of marble processing machinery. We offer the machinery in the following OPTIONS:
TOTALLY OVERHAULED:
The machine is completely disassembled, sandblasted and repainted. We replace all worn mechanical and electrical parts, after which the machine is reassembled and tested to ensure optimal performance.
PARTIALLY RECONDITIONED:
The machine is washed, cleaned, and thoroughly inspected. Only the most worn mechanical and electrical parts are replaced, ensuring proper operation of the machine and all its components.
AS-IS:
The machine is delivered in its current condition, without any restoration work.
Our Story
- 1982: Antonio and Diego Bortignon, leveraging their experience in marble mechanics, founded the company "Officina Meccanica di Bortignon Antonio e Diego" in Pol di Pastrengo (VR), starting their workshop in a rented old warehouse.
- 1982-1995: in the following years, the company expanded its client base and equipment, specializing in mechanical work for marble machinery. It quickly became a reference point for new companies in the marble industry in the Valpolicella area.
- 1998: growing demand led Antonio and Diego to relocate the company to Albarè di Costermano sul Garda (VR). With the expansion of the premises, staff, and state-of-the-art equipment, the business evolved into "Officina Meccanica di Bortignon Diego & C. s.n.c."
- 2002: Diego Bortignon decided to start trading used machinery while maintaining the dismantling, installation, overhaul, and reconditioning services that defined the company. This marked the beginning of service expansion across Europe and worldwide.
- 2003-2012: the combination of machinery trading and assistance services made the company competitive internationally, enabling it to establish a presence in over 30 countries.
- 2016: Bortmachinery was officially launched as a brand dedicated to the trading of used machinery, thanks to the contribution of Diego's sons, Giulio and Andrea. The new brand seamlessly integrated the services of Officina Bortignon, creating a more efficient and functional operational system.
